Come see what our students have to say and learn how to best optimize your Canvas course. Teachers will learn how to better utilize Canvas to maximize student learning and clear and efficient communication.  We will have example Canvas pages for teachers to look through and time for you to edit/update your Canvas Courses to reflect your learning.

This 75-minute session will guide participants through the process of creating intentional, standards-aligned units that support both teacher preparation and student success. Two presenters will share perspectives: one will focus on the behind-the-scenes work of unit planning, while the other will demonstrate what it looks like in the classroom. Key topics include analyzing standards, sharing resources, structuring units, creating summative assessments, and utilizing tools like Stemscopes to enhance learning. Participants will leave with practical strategies and time to apply these concepts to their own upcoming units with provided time for participants to apply session concepts to their own units
